Start your Friday with 30 minutes of presence and ease.
Each week you will be guided through a lightly structured meditation designed to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and create space for clarity.
This is not a class on how to meditate, but rather a supportive space to practice together. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you’ll be gently led into stillness that helps you reconnect with yourself and carry a sense of balance into the rest of your day.
Come as you are—settle in, and allow yourself the gift of a quiet pause before the weekend ahead.
*Please note that Atelier C workshops and events are non-refundable - a credit will be issued for a future event if you are not able to attend
* Atelier C classes are hosted upstairs at the shop location and unfortunately is not accessible to those with wheelchair needs
