Our Ethos
Led by founder Caroline Scheeler, our journey takes us across the globe, from the storied flea markets of Europe to the vibrant souks of Morocco, always in search of pieces that feel meaningful, unexpected, and beautifully unique.
With a lifetime exploring, hunting and gathering across the globe, Caroline shares her love of beautiful things and the stories that come with them. Sharing her global aesthetic and creative vision is at the heart of the CAROLINE ethos.
Back home in the heart of Geneva, Illinois, our boutique reflects those travels in an ever-evolving way. Tucked inside a historic 19th-century building, the space is layered with character and filled with a thoughtful mix of artwork, apparel, books, antiques, home decor, jewelry, plants, and one-of-a-kind gifts for home and life - each item chosen with intention, each telling its own quiet story.
Upstairs, our ATELIER C offers something a little more personal. It’s where we gather, create, and connect. Hosting a rotating series of events, pop-ups, and workshops designed to inspire and bring people together. Whether you’re stopping in for a visit or joining us for something special, we hope the experience feels warm, welcoming, and just a bit magical.
