Meurisse was born in 1845 with the pastry chef Adolphe Meurisse, a pioneer of Belgian chocolate as he founded the first Belgian chocolate factory in 1845 in Antwerp. Reimagined through six generations, with respect to its rich heritage, Meurisse is driven by a passion for creating extraordinary chocolate that is both delicious and sustainable.
