Started in a tiny Brooklyn kitchen making preserves out of the abundant care packages of backyard citrus and herbs sent from back home in Louisiana. Taking pride in preserving a little piece of home and telling a story through flavors. Every jar tells a story and we believe preserving is a passion rooted in the love found in homes we have both near & far.

Spicy chili peppers are cooked down in a bath of apple cider vinegar, ginger root, garlic and a touch of lime juice. This jam has a smooth lingering spice with a kick of flavor from all sides. Ripe red strawberries everyone’s first love! We add in citrusy, herbal lemongrass for a light twist on everyone’s childhood favorite. Tastes classic and juicy sweet with light floral tones of lemongrass. Pairs well with Tome Adrienne or Bonne Bouche Aged Goat
Local New York sour cherries are cooked with warming spices of masala chai: cinnamon, cardamon & ginger. Tastes Complex; tart with soft notes of ginger, cinnamon & spice. Pairs well with Abbaye Notre-Dame de Belloc, or Tubby (Crown Finish)
WILD BLUEBERRY SUMAC
Wild blueberries are cooked with salt cured, equitably sourced, wild, Turkish sumac berries. Another fun partnership with Burlap & Barrel for the best in single origin spices. Tastes Tart, bright & distinctly fruity with a hint of sunny acidity. Pairs well with Manchego Midnight Moon Goat Cheese
