We often think of January as the start of a new year, but ancient astrologers marked the beginning of the zodiacal cycle with the start of Aries season on March 21. This moment-associated with Mars, the planet of energy, action, and drive—s an ideal time to re-energize intentions and reconnect with goals set earlier in the year.
Led by Sandy Dixon, participants will receive their Mars sign and elemental placement, followed by a discussion of how different Mars placements express motivation, momentum, and vitality. We'll explore why some Mars energies feel more accessible than others, and how to work with your unique placement to support sustainable routines and forward movement.
The session will close with guided breathwork practice, offering space to integrate and ground the experience
Bio
Sandy Dixon is an artist, educator, and astrologer who weaves together self-awareness practices like meditation, journaling, and yoga with Traditional Hellenistic Astrology.
She has studied with Kelly Surtees, Tony Howard, Debrah Silverman and others steeped in rich understandings of both traditional and modern practices. With over 30 years of experience teaching people of all ages, she brings curiosity, compassion, and creativity into each of her workshops. Drawn to astrology through her own journey of self-discovery, Sandy now guides others in seeing themselves with clarity and wholeness.
